Use Razorpay test card 4111 1111 1111 1111, any future expiry, any CVV, any name. UPI test: success@razorpay. Orders are tagged is_test=true in the database.

Skip Razorpay (simulate payment). Bypasses the Razorpay checkout entirely — no API call, no card UI. Marks the order as paid and runs the same fulfillment / report generation. Use this when Razorpay test keys are unavailable or returning "order creation failed".
