These terms govern vedanakshatra.com and the tools, reports, consultations and Veda AI offered by Veda Nakshatra. Review the service description, price, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy before placing an order. Adults may order for themselves or provide another person's information with appropriate authority.

Nature and limits of astrology guidance

Our work uses Vedic astrology calculations and interpretation; some written interpretations use AI assistance. Astrology guidance is interpretive and does not guarantee a future event, a particular outcome or the accuracy of every interpretation. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial or other relevant professional. You remain responsible for decisions made using the guidance.

Your details and the service ordered

Provide accurate contact and birth details, including local birth time and the correct birthplace selection. Calculation and interpretation depend on those inputs. Tell us promptly about an input error so we can explain whether a correction is possible before preparation or delivery. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share or use the website to harass others, bypass access controls or misuse the service.

Prices, payment and free services

The selected product and checkout show the applicable price and currency before payment. Free services do not require payment; paid services require successful payment confirmation. Razorpay processes website payments. A payment screen closing or an order reference alone is not confirmation that a payment succeeded. Contact us before paying again if your account was debited but the order status is unclear.

Digital delivery and consultation timing

Reports are digital services supplied through the order page, downloadable report or email as described for the selected product. There is no physical shipment. Preparation depends on valid inputs, payment confirmation where applicable and service availability. Any displayed generation estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment or delivery time.

A consultation enquiry records your preferences; an appointment is confirmed when the practice agrees the timing and next steps. The first consultation or enquiry is complimentary as stated on the booking page. Any separately selected paid service follows its displayed price. If we cannot supply an agreed paid service, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

Content, cancellations and consumer rights

Website text, calculations, chart artwork and report content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use your purchased or free report for personal purposes; commercial resale or republication of website or report content requires permission. Keep personal report links private.

The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellations, failed delivery and payment problems. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, without restricting any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Support and changes

For service or privacy questions, use the contact details below. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, subject to any shorter applicable legal requirement. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; an existing order keeps the terms agreed when it was placed, except where law requires otherwise.

For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy request”; for an order issue, include your order reference. Contacting us does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer or data-protection authority.
